También se puede apreciar parte de la muralla original de la ciudad.
La torre y la muralla datan aproximadamente del año 1300.
Es conocida como la torre de las brujas, porque en su día se encerraba a las mujeres acusadas de brujería en ella a la espera de juicio. También aprovechando su cercanía al Rhein se les hacia la prueba de la silla, la cual consistía en que eran atadas a una silla basculante y sumergible. Si se ahogaban por las sucesivas inmersiones entonces eran inocentes y si eran capaces de sobrevivir a las mismas entonces eran acusadas de brujas y la sentencia era morir quemadas vivas.
Eran tiempos convulsos y muy inciertos.

The tower and the wall are aprox. from the year 1300.
It is known as the Witch Tower, because time ago they imprisoned there the women that where acused of being witches, waiting for the judgement. Also utilisizing the near to the Rhein they made them the proof of the chair, it was bassically that they where bounded to a chair and dived in the river. If they drown because of the continuos diving then they where innocent and if they where able to surivive the continuos diving then they where acused of being witches and the judge announced was to be burned alive.

Se trata de una iglesia gotica del siglo 15 que se encuentra al lado de la ría de Bilbao y su casco viejo.
Dicha iglesia aparece en el escudo de la ciudad.
Las formas más comodas de llegar a ella son con el tranvia (parada Ribera), el autobus (parada mercado de la ribera) o con el metro (parada casco viejo salida plaza Unamuno).
Tambien puedes llegar a ella andando, desde el museo Guggenheim es un paseo de una media hora siguiendo la ría.
